I built BrainBrawnBlueprint after running into ADHD medication shortages and realizing I needed a dependable performance system that did not rely on perfect conditions. I needed structure I could repeat — something that could support energy, focus, training consistency, and real-world follow-through even while managing family life, work stress, and competing priorities.
