General Questions

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free U.S. shipping on all orders over $75. For orders under that amount, standard shipping is $4.50 anywhere in the U.S. International shipping is available and varies by destination country.

When will my order arrive?

We ship most orders within 2–5 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–5 business days after that. If you order on a Monday, there’s a good chance it will arrive by Friday. During peak times or holidays, delays may occur. We’ll do our best to keep you informed.

What if I need a refund?

If your product arrives damaged, we’ll gladly ship a replacement or issue a full refund. Orders (non-subscription) that haven’t shipped yet are eligible for full refunds. Refer to our full refund policy in the footer for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped. If tracking information has already been issued, your order is on its way and can no longer be canceled.

Where are your products made?

All supplements are manufactured under strict quality control standards to ensure you receive clean, effective, and trustworthy products.

Will I get a tracking number?

Absolutely. As soon as your order is processed, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. Shipping costs vary based on your country, and customs fees may apply upon receipt. These are not covered by NRG Sports Nutrition.

What does the subscription offer?

Subscribing means never running out of your favorite supplements. You’ll receive your chosen products on a recurring schedule with access to exclusive discounts and priority shipping.

How can I manage my subscription?

Once your first subscription order is placed, you’ll receive a link via email to manage or cancel anytime. You can adjust quantities, change your schedule, or skip a shipment with ease.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel anytime before the next billing date. If your subscription has already processed and shipped, cancellation will apply to the next cycle.
