    We keep shipping simple and transparent. Most orders are packaged and prepared within <strong>1–5 business days</strong> before they ship.
    During peak periods or unusually large orders, processing may take longer.

    <strong>Standard (U.S.)</strong>: typically <strong>2–4 business days</strong> after shipment.<br>
    <strong>Express (U.S.)</strong>: typically <strong>1–3 business days</strong> after shipment (when available).

    <strong>Free U.S. shipping</strong> may be available on qualifying orders (as shown at checkout / promotions).
    Otherwise, shipping is calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

    <strong>Important:</strong> We currently do not ship to <strong>Alaska</strong> or <strong>Hawaii</strong>, and we cannot ship to U.S. military bases (APO/FPO/DPO).

    International delivery is available to selected destinations. Typical transit time is <strong>3–5 business days</strong> after shipment,
    but delivery may take longer due to customs processing.

    International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
    <strong>Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility</strong> and may be collected upon delivery.

    You may request changes to your order or shipping address <strong>only before it enters processing</strong>.
    Once an order is in processing/preparation, we may be unable to edit or cancel it.

    If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, or it goes unclaimed,
    we can reship it after confirming the correct address, but <strong>additional shipping fees may apply</strong>.
