Why “NRG” Exists

NRG started in 2015 as a simple idea: better results come from energy you can sustain. It began as a play on my initials — NRG — and a commitment to keep things practical, clean, and repeatable.

I stepped away from actively selling for a while, but I kept the foundation in place because I knew I’d want to bring it back when the timing was right.

Fast forward to 2025 — Noah is 2, and I refreshed the brand to bring it back to life with a bigger purpose: to build a legacy for my boys and help other busy people stay consistent with their health.

From NRG to CNG

When Noah was born, I realized something that made the brand feel even more personal: his initials also spell NRG. That’s why you’ll see him in the story — NRG became more than a name. It became a family mission.

Then Caleb was born — CNG. I didn’t want him left out of the legacy, and that’s where CNG Performance Coaching came to life: a bridge between supplements and the real system that creates results. CNG also stands for Cognitive Neuromuscular Growth — training the body and the mind to stay consistent, not perfect.
