NRG started as a legacy idea tied to my family — and CNG is the bridge that connects supplements to the full system. Caleb’s initials are CNG, and the meaning grew into the framework: Cognitive Neuromuscular Growth — training the mind and body to stay consistent, not perfect.

CNG Performance Coaching is the structured coaching framework behind BrainBrawnBlueprint™ and future NRG coaching programs. It integrates training, nutrition, habits, supplementation support, and accountability into a single repeatable approach designed to work in real life — not perfect conditions.

Who I Am

I’m Nick Gilpin — a coach, consultant, and lifelong systems builder who helps busy adults bring structure, consistency, and clarity to their health.

My background spans business consulting, technology, and performance coaching. I hold advanced business degrees (MBA, Master’s in International Business), a PMP, and formal training in fitness and nutrition through NASM. For years, my work revolved around solving complex problems, building systems, and helping people move from chaos to execution.

That same systems-first mindset is what drives my approach to coaching.

I’m also a husband and a father of two young boys, and I understand firsthand how demanding life can be when time, energy, and attention are limited. I don’t coach from theory or extremes — I coach from lived experience, evidence-based practice, and repeatable structure.

CNG Performance Coaching is the result of that intersection: business-grade structure, evidence-based training and nutrition, and practical habit systems that work in real life. My role isn’t to motivate or overwhelm — it’s to design clear, sustainable systems that help people train consistently, eat with intention, and build physical and mental resilience, even in busy seasons.
